Complaints/Grievances
Are you dissatisfied with our services? Do you disagree with a decision we made? Do you think we discriminated against you?
New Hampshire Legal Assistance (NHLA) has a Grievance Procedure.
Any person who has asked for or received services from NHLA may request a copy of the Grievance Procedure. If you would like a copy, please ask at the front desk, or click here for a copy.
The rights outlined in the Grievance Procedure may or may not apply to you, depending on your circumstances.
If you wish to file a Grievance, please ask for the Grievance Form at the front desk or click here for a copy. If you are not able to fill it out yourself, please tell the person at the front desk. NHLA will arrange for someone to help you fill it out.
