For the media

NHLA staff includes some of the most skilled and experienced litigators and policy advocates in the state. Our advocates can provide insightful, useful perspectives on poverty law issues in the Granite State.

Members of the media interested in speaking with a New Hampshire Legal Assistance advocate about a case or for a story about issues that affect our clients should contact Communications Manager

Sarah Palermo at 603-369-6650 or spalermo@nhla.org.

Complaints/Grievances

Are you dissatisfied with our services? Do you disagree with a decision we made? Do you think we discriminated against you?

New Hampshire Legal Assistance (NHLA) has a Grievance Procedure.

Any person who has asked for or received services from NHLA may request a copy of the Grievance Procedure. If you would like a copy, please ask at the front desk, or click here for a copy.

The rights outlined in the Grievance Procedure may or may not apply to you, depending on your circumstances.

If you wish to file a Grievance, please ask for the Grievance Form at the front desk or click here for a copy. If you are not able to fill it out yourself, please tell the person at the front desk. NHLA will arrange for someone to help you fill it out.
